|Finding a home that's right for you can be daunting in this competitive market –
but it's easier when you have a devoted, hard-working agent on your side.
I spend many hours each day searching for new properties, tracking current listings and staying abreast of day-to-day changes in
the marketplace. I can help you define what you want and focus your search, saving you countless hours and aggravation. Using
my services when you are buying a home costs you nothing – my fee is paid out of the seller's proceeds at close of escrow.
Here are two great ways to start searching for your perfect home!
As you probably know, all available property is listed in a computer system called the Multiple Listing Service, or “MLS.” However,
due to MLS rules, the public does not have truly full access to all the information contained in the system.
However, with a confirmed client-agent relationship, I am now able to offer you just such access through “Paragon Preferred
Client Services,” powered by Clean Offer. This is an absolutely free site that will allow you to easily set up your own searches
using any criteria you like, and see complete listing information, photos, and virtual tools where available. Once you save a
search, you can choose to receive automatic emails when new listings that meet your criteria become available. You can also
save properties to a list of favorites, and even see what the property actually sells for in the end. And this includes ALL listings on
the MLS, not just my listings or those of my company. It is incredibly easy to use and I think you’ll find it to be a valuable,
informative tool, and a lot of fun.
Registration is simple -- simply click here or on the logo below. Once you have registered, your name will be emailed to me so I
can approve you on the system, and then you'll have full access to every listing in the MLS.
Or, choose the "old school" option:
This option doesn't require registration, but also won't allow you to save searches or receive updates. Choose whichever one
works best for you, or email me for more options.
On the property search page below, you will be asked to choose District(s) and Subdistrict(s) for your search. If you specify
District 5, for example, you can then click on the subdistrict box and choose any of the neighborhoods within District 5, such as
Noe Valley, Duboce Triangle, etc.
Click here first to see district maps of San Francisco, which will help you specify neighborhoods on the property search page.
